God said to Moses, “I am who I am” (Exodus 3:14). I am your shield… (Genesis 15:1). I am your Lord is anything too hard for me? (Jeremiah 32:27). I am God Almighty; walk before me and be blameless (Genesis 17:1). I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls (Matthew 11:29). I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst (John 6:35). I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh ( John 6:51).
I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness but will have the light of life (John 8:12). I am the one who bears witness about myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness about me (John 8:18). I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he dies, yet shall he live (John 11:25). I am the door of the sheep, I am the good shepherd, I know my own, and my own know me (John 10: 9,14). I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am (John 8:58).
‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob (Matthew 22:32). And I am with you always, to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). I am the Alpha and the Omega, says the Lord God, “Who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty, “Fear not, I am the first and the last, I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades (Revelation 1:8, 17-18). I am he who searches mind and heart, and I will give to each of you according to your works (Revelation 2:23). I am coming soon. Hold fast to what you have so that no one may seize your crown (Revelation 3:11).”
“Behold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on so that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed (Revelation 16:15). I am making all things new ( Revelation 21:5), and then Jesus will say, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.
