Is Your Light On?

My question today can be very detrimental to you being prepared for the “The Lords Day, Jesus Second Coming.”

Is your light on? Not your front porch light, but the light of the Holy Spirit. the Holy Spirit is more powerful than any manmade light, it is like a solar light that collects it power from the Sun and shines in the darkness to light one’s path. As described in Psalm 119: 105, “God’s word is a lamp for our feet, a light on our path.”

The Holy Spirit’s role/ ministry is to illuminate scripture, so the believer will behold the glory of the Lord “with unveiled faces” and become transformed into the image of Jesus Christ, this is an ongoing transforming process (2 Corinthians 3:18). The Holy Spirit is needed

to reduce the works of the flesh (Roman 8:13); adultery, fornication uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outburst of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like(Galatians 5:19-21). As believers we need a secured victory over the flesh, that is why a believer must be led by the Spirit (Romans 8:14). I say, how happy are those who understand that the gift of the Holy
Spirit, is the Spirit of God, given to believers so they will have the understanding what God has freely
given them (1 Corinthians 2:12); He is the Spirit of truth and He will guide you into all truth (John 16:13).

I urge you, believers, to allow the work of the Holy Spirit to create in you the good fruits of Jesus Christ: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control Galatians 5: 22-24. Take time to eat and savor God’s Spiritual food.

Beloveds, be led and live by the Holy Spirit, walk on life’s paths, yielding to His moment to moment prompting, depend on His dependence of allowing Him to control your affections, thoughts, and actions (Galatians 5: 16- 26).

I urge, you not to commit the unpardonable sin against the Holy Spirit, the rejection of His lead (Matthew 12:31).
I also implore you to let Christ dwell in your hearts by faith, that you be rooted and grounded in love, emphasis on Ephesians 3:16,17); living as good citizens of the world, working and pleasing God as faithful servants. Studying, learning, and following the instructions on how to live, that Jesus and the Apostles have given you; in addition to, remembering the lessons in the past to prevent making the same mistakes/errors ( 1Corinthians 10:11).
I urge you not to reject instruction because in doing so you are rejecting God; God who has given you His Holy Spirit (1Thesalonians 4:1-8). Be wise and sincere in your hearts and not hypocritical, tend to your soul’s affairs; beloveds keep your Holy Spirit light burning. Are you awake? Is your light on? Are your lamps filled with oil? Is your soul ready for that glorious day of Christ second coming?

The Path

As I walk down the pathway of life.
I can hear His voice.
So soft spoken amidst the clouds.

He speaks to me with words
Of eminent dependence.
I know I am endowed.

The trees shield and embrace me.
In His arms.
The sun beaming upon my head,
Guides me and keeps me warm.

I will not lose my direction,
As long as I have His affection.
And yes, I have heard His voice;
And yes, I finally made the choice.

Soon there will be others like me.
Walking this path one day.
Coming together with one single goal.

To follow Jesus and what He is giving.
So this life will be truly worth living.

“ You will show me the Path of Life; in Your presence is fullness and joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forever more. “ Psalm 16:11

REACH

Romans 12:10-13

Be kindly affectionate with one another with brotherly love, in honor of giving preference to one another, not lagging in diligence, fervent in Spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation; continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality.”

Reach out your arms and embrace someone tight

Radiating His love through your soul to theirs
Providing them with foresight
Loving them with a passion of good taste
Never causing them disgrace
Dancing around in the circle of life
Never worrying about
How much has been sacrificed
Only that the person you love
With respect and dignity
Recognizes you are there,
Amid their troubles and life’s complexity

Taste of Heaven

How sweet is a taste of Heaven? Are you desiring that sweet taste of Heaven? A taste sweeter than honey. It is possible for you to get a fortaste of Heaven. Are you asking how?

Be born again, “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith (1John 5:4 NKJV). Have you been born of God?

Listen to what Jesus has told you, “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world (John 16:33).” Be an
over-comer. Are you listening to Jesus? Are you an over-comer?

Hold gallantly to your victory, for “The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:56-57). Are you holding on to your victory?

Stand firm in the Lord, ” be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-11).” Are you standing firm in the Lord? Are you wearing your armor?

Be a promoter of heaven’s interests on earth and lead lives worthy of heavenly citizenship “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ (Phillipians 3:20). Are you promoting heaven’s interest or the world’s interest?

Savor and enjoy the sweet Words of God,” How sweet are Your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!” Psalm 119:103. Are you tasting the sweetness of His Words?

Father, I pray that Your beloved children will enjoy a taste of Heaven here on Earth. Amen.

My Christian Walk

Ephesians 4:1. Walk worthy of the calling.

Examine me as I walk my Christian walk. Can you see want He sees?

What is His perspective of me, as I walk my Christian walk.

Can He see that I am His, by the way I move humbled by His grace, as I walk my Christian walk. Can He see His radiate love in my heart and the hand of giving. Placing others above myself, as I walk my Christian walk.

Does He see me eating His fruitful words filling me with His power, as I walk my Christian walk. Does He see me praying, witnessing, and edifying; being His voice, servant, and faithful steward, as I walk my Christian walk.

If He does not see these things in me, there is something carnally wrong, as I walk my Christian walk. 1/15/15

Do You Believe ?

Do you believe in me,Jesus?
Do you believe I died for your sins?
Do you believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit?
Do you believe that I am in you and you are in Me?
Do you believe that I am the Bread of Life?
Do you believe that I will never leave you thirsty?
Do you believe, I am your Savior and Friend?
Do you believe in my teachings?
Do you believe that I can heal?
Do you believe, that I can relieve you of your sorrows?
Do you believe that I can raise you up?
Do you believe there is power in the blood? 6/24/02

“And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day (John 6:40)”

Unwanted Guest

How hard is it to get rid of an unwanted guest? Here’s the scenario: You invited someone into your home and they were not at all what you expected them to be. Him or her has caused you so much drama and trauma that you say “you have got to go!” But to your dismay, they refuse to leave, causing you to feel distressed and perhaps depressed.
This is the way of mankind’s minds, given the choice between inviting Jesus or Satan into his or her heart.
Jesus is knocking at the door of his or her heart (Revelation 3:20),but they refuse to let Him in. But let Satan knock on the door,he or she will open it wide,so wide, you could fit an elephant through.
Satan, the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full”(John 10:10 NIV).
Who are you going to invite into your heart, Jesus or Satan? This is a life or death choice.

God’s grace.

A LOVE THAT IS TOO DEEP

God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

He is a man of honor, commitment, and integrity.
A standing pillar of love justice, and mercy.
Gentle, humble, and kind.
He has slipped into my heart and mind.
He has a love that is too deep, too deep.

Caressing me, not in the ordinary fashion.
He has ignited my passion.
Exciting me with words of wisdom and truth.
He stimulates me with living proof.
He has a love that is too deep, too deep.

A love no-one can fathom.
A love sent from heaven.
He has penetrated my soul and my Spirit rejoices.
He could have made many other choices.
He has a love that is too deep, too deep.

He came into my life and released a peace in me.
With Him I feel free. Agape is the love He has for God, humanity, and me.
He has a love that is too deep, too deep.

POWERFUL LOVE

Powerful Love

Romans 8:35-39, expresses the powerful Love of Jesus for His believers. His heartfelt, sacrificial, and unconditional love will give us encouragement as we journey through 2018 and in our lifetime; knowing wholeheartedly that because of the agape love of Jesus, no challenges, no troubles, no sufferings, no enemies, or whatever may come in our path, nothing, no nothing can separate us from His love:

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine,or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written:” For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

“Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”Oh! how powerful and soul gripping is His love for us! How beautiful is His name!

Father, we are thankful for the love you have given us; we can be confident and secure in our loving relationship with You, that nothing can separate us from the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. May we continue to lift Him up while giving You all the glory and honor. Loving and blessing your Holy name. Amen
